Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent administration support to our existing and new clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure our strong relationships continue.
  • Deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Instruct contractors for repairs and maintenance, and oversee works have been completed and properties are being well maintained.
  • Organise property inspection appointments and ensure timely follow-ups, logging property keys securely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
