VACANCY! A part-time Lettings Administrator is required for a role supporting residential lettings, handling tenancy administration, compliance, and customer communication. The position will suit an experienced lettings professional seeking flexible working in the Twickenham area.

We are recruiting for an experienced lettings professional for a Part-Time Lettings Administrator position at an independent residential lettings agency based in Twickenham.

This role would ideally suit someone with a solid background in lettings administration and preferably a candidate who is (or has recently been) ARLA qualified.

The role will involve supporting a small team, managing tenancy paperwork and compliance, and ensuring a smooth lettings process from start to finish.

What You\'ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Providing administrative support to the lettings team
  • Preparing tenancy documentation and associated paperwork
  • Managing referencing, Right to Rent checks, and compliance records
