A leading property services company based in St. Ives is seeking a Lettings Administrator, known internally as a Property Portfolio Manager. The role includes managing rental properties, adhering to client Service Level Agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. No prior experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and a commitment to learning are essential. Known internally as a 'Property Portfolio Manager' the role of the Lettings Administrator is to take responsibility for the proactive, careful and effective management of rental properties.
This role will involve adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whilst ensuring regulatory compliance across the portfolio and delivering a high level service to our client and tenants. No experience required, positive attitude and drive to succeed are all we need, the rest we will teach you!

And now for the nitty gritty: It goes without saying that you will need to be a good Administrator, able to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment, and with an ability to manage your time and workload effectively under pressure. As this position pays commission in line with hitting and exceeding targets, previous experience of working in a similar environment, or else real drive to achieve should be demonstrated.
Having a demonstrable interest in developing a career within the Property sector is a huge advantage - in this role you will learn all about Property Compliance, the Law of Property Act, and Property Maintenance - which will give you an excellent foundation to progress from into any number of more senior roles across our business in time and with the right attitude. We love to invest in our team and as such we are occasionally able to offer funding for our staff to undertake ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) qualifications too!
You will need to be able to communicate with the best of them! Both from a written and verbal standpoint.
Finally, you will be computer literate with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages and aptitude for picking up new systems quickly.
