We are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Administrator. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Chester. The salary on offer has a realistic OTE range of £26,000‑28,000 p.a dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Administer the progression of a new tenancy from application to tenancy start date.
  • Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard.
  • Maintaining accurate file notes in our CRM system.
  • Liaising with third‑party suppliers to provide and produce property reports.
Qualifications
  • Previous estate agency industry experience is desirable.
  • Is passionate about the property industry and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication.
  • Must be comfortable having conversations on the phone.
