A local council's leisure services team is looking for motivated individuals to supervise facilities, including the ice pad, and handle skate issuance and cleaning. This is a casual role requiring availability for shifts in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should have at least a GCSE or equivalent, be able to achieve a first aid certification within 6 months, and attain a Skate UK grade 3 skating proficiency in the same timeframe. We are currently seeking motivated and suitably skilled individuals to join the leisure services team.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the facilities including stewarding of the ice pad, issuing of ice skates and cleaning duties.
The successful candidate will be available to work on a casual basis for shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, First aid at work qualification (or ability to achieve in 6months) British Ice skating Skate UK grade 3 skating proficiency test (within 6months) are requirements of the post.
