Leisure Manager

Salary : £40,000 DOE

We’re partnering with an exclusive growing family orientated private members club to recruit a hands-on Leisure Manager to lead operations across their high-end leisure facilities, including a fitness suite, gym, indoor / outdoor pools and studio spaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager / Deputy Manager who’s passionate about creating a safe, welcoming and family-friendly environment and is seeking a role that offers growth, impact and influence within a growing brand.

The Role

• You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience, handling queries and resolving day-to-day operational issues to ensure every visit feels smooth and seamless.
• Oversee daily operations across all leisure areas, ensuring exceptional safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Duty Management when required acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
• Lead a team of lifeguards, swim teachers, fitness instructors and PTs
• Manage pool operations, water testing, lifeguard supervision and schedules
