Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of an incredible international company, in their search for a motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales Manager you will lead our clients sales activity across the UK and Europe in their Leisure or Hospitality market depending on your area of expertise.

Job title: Regional Sales Manager

Sector: Leisure or Hospitality

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + £18k com + £6k car allowance

Location: Near Ashford

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Benefits: A newly refurbished office, opportunities for career growth and development within the company, a collaborative and supportive work environment, 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have the following:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Experience working in the Hospitality or Leisure sector is essential
  • The ability to develop strategic relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions around pricing and margins.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
  • The ability to travel Globally for 1 week a month.
