Equipped with a state of the art gym, pool and spa, they offer the perfect place to work out and relax. The Leisure Club Manager plays a key part in maintaining our position as an industry leading fitness and leisure brand. You will be hands on, walking the gym floor, chatting to customers, whilst ensuring that the club is operating at the highest standard. You’ll be working to deliver the sales strategy, as well as finding, developing and inspiring an awesome team of leisure staff!

• Hands-on leadership on the gym floor, ensuring high standards of member experience and service delivery.
• Deliver the sales strategy for the Leisure Club and drive performance.
• Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team of leisure staff.
• Engage with customers, monitor facilities and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
