As a Leisure Attendant, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the overall guest experience in our Health Club through answering guest queries; being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations; assisting in the smooth running of our leisure facilities; ensuring our fitness areas are clean and safe; and going above and beyond to make sure guests leave with a smile!

  • Availability to work 39 hours per week across 5 shifts, including weekends
  • Experience working within a Health Club, Leisure, or similar environment
  • Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • A National Pool Lifeguard or Pool Responder qualification is essential for this role (training opportunities are available for suitable candidates)
  • Level 2 Fitness qualification
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, confident in maintaining a hygienic environment
