Profile

Our client is a leading water treatment consultancy, who provide water hygiene / water treatment services to a mixed portfolio of clients. They are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Legionella Risk Assessor in and around the Basingstoke area. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out ACOP L8 risk assessments, completing schematic drawings, and surveying water systems.

Applications will be considered from – Southampton, Portsmouth, Andover, Winchester, Farnborough, Andover, Alton, Fareham, Brockenhurst, Havant and Amesbury.

Experience / Qualifications

• Completed a Risk Assessment course such as City & Guilds
• Previous experience carrying out ACOP L8 risk assessments
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package
• Excellent communication skills

The Role

• Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8
• Servicing of TMV’s
• Temperature monitoring and analysing water systems
• Surveying of water systems
• Compiling schematic drawings
• Carrying out remedial works as and when required
• Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems, cooling towers and tank cleans
