They have recently won new business contracts and are seeking a driven Legionella Remedial Plumber who can provide high levels of service throughout each project. Duties will vary depending on risk assessment outcomes, so it is imperative that engineers have a diverse skill set and adaptable nature. Experience / Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience working as a Remedial Plumber within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
• Essential G3 Unvented ticket
• Qualified with plumbing tickets such as NVQ Level 1 / 2 / 3 in Plumbing
• Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Experience across a range of client sites
• Flexible to travel in line with company requirements

Role

• Undertaking PPM and reactive remedial plumbing duties across client sites
• Interpreting Legionella risk assessments to determine required works
• TMV servicing, installations and replacements
• Deadleg removals
• Tank inspections, refurbishments and installations
• Installation of point‑of‑use water heaters
• Servicing and installations of water cylinders
• Pipework re‑routes
• Carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring regime
• Expansion vessel replacements
• Completing regular service reports
