Profile

Our client is an established legionella / Environmental Consultancy that works hard to provide their mix of clients with the full range of legionella services across the UK. They are now looking to take on a hard‑working Legionella Consultant based in and around the London area. The ideal candidate will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc qualification, have previous experience working within the legionella industry and a proven track record of providing clients with consultancy services.

Experience & Qualifications

• Will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc qualification in legionella risk assessment.
• Extensive experience undertaking legionella risk assessments to a mixed range of sites.
• Proven track record of providing consultancy services and advice.
• Good working knowledge of chemical treatment of cooling towers, steam boilers, process water systems, supplies and eater regulations governing these.
• Preferably holds a relevant degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The Role

• Carrying out legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 on a wide range of properties.
• Providing consultancy advice and services to a mix of clients.
• Compiling schematic drawings and producing final documents for clients/customers.
• Providing recommendations.
• Delivering legionella training in line with company needs.
• Collating information to provide clients with detailed reports.
• Thorough knowledge of cooling towers and process systems.
• Managing client accounts and developing client relationships.
