The Role
As a Legal Secretary – Commercial Litigation, you will provide essential support to the commercial litigation team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, formatting, and amending commercial litigation documents.
  • Audio typing, copy typing, and document management.
  • Managing correspondence with clients, courts, and third parties.
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel where required.
  • Filing, archiving, and maintaining case files.
  • General administrative support to fee earners and partners.

About You
We are looking for a professional and motivated individual with:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a commercial litigation team.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, including digital dictation.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
