  • Providing full legal secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
  • Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing files, including opening, closing, and maintaining accurate records

  • Liaising professionally with clients, agents, and third parties
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
