What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to multiple attorneys
  • Draft, prepare, and file pleadings in federal, state, and county courts
  • Perform transcription and create accurate legal documentation
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case lists
  • Enter and maintain billing and time records
  • Communicate with clients, colleagues, and court personnel
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
