Legal Receptionist

Leading US law firm is hiring a new Legal Receptionist who is on the upward career trajectory to join their busy front-of-house team, to work the hours 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 11am to 7pm (one week in four).

The Legal Receptionist will combine the busy and varied reception duties with invoice support.

Legal Receptionist duties
  • First point of contact for clients at reception, providing a high level of client care
  • Dealing with all clients, either in person, via email or telephone, in a courteous and highly professional manner
  • Booking meeting / conference rooms
  • Maintaining / organising meeting rooms
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and organising couriers
  • Manage all security access procedures for new joiners and visitors
  • Assisting with client administration requirements (taxis, restaurant bookings, printing, photocopying, etc.)
  • Assisting with uploading invoices
Legal Receptionist Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a receptionist or cabin crew or other client facing role where a 5* star service was required
  • Polite attitude and taking pride in your work
  • Competent with MS Office and other IT software
  • Strong, confident and clear communicator, both verbal and written
  • Proactive
