• Experience in Corporate or Finance Law is beneficial.
• Confident to drive things forward and pre-empt requirements.
• Previous experience in a reputable firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage diaries and schedule meetings.
• Organise travel and prepare itineraries.
• Create, proofread, and amend documents.
• Maintain emails and documents using Lawman.
• Prepare and coordinate client bills.
• Conduct conflict checks and Companies House searches.
• Assist in transaction completion processes.
• Manage business development events and catering.
• Organise meeting rooms for internal events.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for projects.
• Assist with Legal 500 and Chambers submissions.
