Legal PA | 12 Month FTC | Boutique Law Firm

One of our international law firms, specialising in the sports sector, are seeking an experienced Legal PA to join them on a fixed term basis. This is a 12M FTC covering maternity expecting to start in January/February 2026.

The role will be working 09:30-17:30, offering hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 from home. Depending on experience, the role will pay competitively up to £50,000.

This is a varied role offering exposure to a wide range of secretarial and administrative responsibilities, as well as opportunities to get involved in firm‑wide projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage billing, expenses, and client/matter openings
  • Draft correspondence, prepare bundles, and oversee document management
  • Provide diary management, organise meetings, travel, and conferences
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, greet clients, and handle post/courier arrangements
  • Order office supplies and liaise with outsourced IT/accounts support
  • Support ad hoc projects including marketing initiatives, client events, and staff socials
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience (4+ years) as a Legal PA is essential
  • Strong background in billing processes and diary management
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Interest in the sports sector is a plus
