Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £34,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (33.75 hours per week)

Are you a highly organised and proactive PA looking for their next challenge? I'm working with a prestigious legal firm in Edinburgh that is currently looking to add an outstanding Personal Assistant to their established and high-performing support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing busy diaries, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Preparing meeting packs and ensuring all logistics are in place
  • Inbox and email management for Partners
  • Taking calls and messages, and dealing with client enquiries where appropriate
  • Supporting billing, finance and compliance processes
  • Liaising with the wider PA and administrative teams
  • Providing support for business development and marketing activities
  • Handling sensitive client correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
What You'll Bring
  • Proven PA experience (legal sector experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with digital dictation tools
  • Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail
