Overview

Are you a confident, self-managed PA with a bubbly personality and known for having a proactive, can-do attitude? Do you bring structure, clarity, and confidence to busy teams operating at the highest level?

We're partnering with a prestigious US law firm based in the heart of the City, renowned for its excellence across many areas and its collaborative team culture. The firm is now seeking an Executive Assistant to join its busy Corporate department on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30, with 4 days in their Liverpool Street offices and 1 day working from home.
