An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Defendant EL/PL specialist to join a top-tier firm as Legal Director or Partner, leading on complex, high-value Employers’ and Public Liability litigation for major corporate and London market insurers.

You’ll play a strategic role within one of the UK’s leading Defendant insurance teams, managing a portfolio of highly complex, multi-track and catastrophic injury claims, alongside property damage, serious injury and fatal accident work. The successful candidate will help shape the team’s ongoing growth, mentor senior lawyers, and drive key client relationships across the national network.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE in Defendant EL/PL or complex injury litigation.
• Proven leadership capability within a major Defendant or insurance practice.
• Strong commercial and client-development track record, ideally with London market experience.
• Technical expertise across multi-track, catastrophic injury and property damage cases.
• Ability to manage, inspire and grow a high-performing team.
