A charitable housing association in Camden Town is seeking an experienced Lawyer to oversee Latent Defect Claims. The ideal candidate will have at least three years' post-qualification experience in construction law, strong communication skills, and a solid academic background in law. We have an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join our team and oversee and manage all cases relating to Latent Defect Claims. You will provide legal advice on complex construction contracts, license agreements and other legal matters, support and monitor the day-to-day running of case files, and oversee proceedings in the Technology & Construction Court. You will also provide legal advice to the Special Projects Team and review and input into submissions for adjudication and arbitration proceedings.
