A global investment firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor to support its London operations. The role involves providing legal assistance across various business areas, drafting and negotiating agreements, and working collaboratively with internal teams. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in financial services law, particularly in alternative investments. This is a hybrid position based in London.

Position Summary:
The role is to fulfil a maternity leave. This position will be responsible for a broad range of activities and legal matters in respect of the firm’s London-based operations and across the wider firm as necessary to support the UK and European business strategy.
The candidate will report into the Head of Legal EMEA responsible for overseeing EMEA legal matters across the regional offices and shall be working with a variety of internal and external lawyers and support staff on the London-based legal team. The candidate will become an integral part of the global, collegial Legal and Compliance team. There will be significant interaction with the CA business teams, clients, managers, service providers and other external parties.
The position will be based in London and will be a hybrid role.
