Client

An innovative UK-basedtechnology organisation which operates globally

Role
  • Providing expert legal guidance as part of theorganisation's operations team,ensuring compliance and risk management
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating internationalagreements, board documentation and company filings
  • Advising colleagues on operational matters including commercial contracts, governance, regulatory compliance, IP and data protection
  • Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure organisational needs are met
  • Conduct legal research across a variety of topics and jurisdictions
You
  • NQ+ solicitor with proven experience of providing legal support in relevant practice areas (commercial contracts, data protection, IP, technology)
  • Strong research and analyticalskills with excellent communication
  • Experience of using legal technology to streamline tasks, in particular AI tools, an advantage
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to keep abreast of relevant legal developments and regulation changes
