Job Description

As Legal Counsel, you will be :

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including T&Cs, NDAs, supply agreements, transaction agreements.
• Collaborating with in‑house stakeholders (regulatory, engineering, supply chain) to structure deals that align with business objectives.
• Drafting legal documents, policies, procedures.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Legal Counsel will be :

• Around 3 / 4 PQE
• Have experience drafting, negotiating and advising on range of commercial contracts especially in manufacturing
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, confident
• Able to influence stakeholder and build good relationships
