The role

  • Responsibility of all legal matters within SoftwareONE’s subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong
  • Saupport of group legal department in regards to Subsidiaries outside of China
  • Full range of legal matters with a focus on software licensing and IT services agreements
  • Reviewing and negotiating licensing agreements and international supplier-, partner- and customer contracts
  • Coordination of the legal relationship with external lawyers and consultants
  • Legal support and oversight of various projects and business divisions in an international environment
  • Global day to day legal business such as documentation and contract management
  • Support of our Sales, Finance, Procurement and HR organization

What we need to see from you

  • Master’s degree in law
  • Good knowledge of and affinity for contract law
  • Experience in drafting, preparing and negotiating contracts
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (any other language skills would be an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Structured, independent and precise working manner
