Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be:

  Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts for high-value healthcare services

  Advising procurement and operational stakeholders on legal risks and compliance in deals

  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives
• 
  
  Supporting contract lifecycle management, including amendments and renewals
• 
  
  Contributing to improvements in template materials and contract processes to streamline impact

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:

  A solicitor or equivalent with experience in commercial or procurement law (junior level)
• 
  
  Comfortable drafting and negotiating contracts for high-value transactions
• 
  
  Confident working in a healthcare or regulated services environment
• 
  
  Pragmatic, collaborative, and able to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal teams
