  • Preparing and issuing contract packs, ordering property searches, and ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Opening new files and guiding clients through the onboarding process.
  • Maintaining accurate file records and case management system entries.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post and providing general administrative support to the team.

In this vital role, youll be hands-on with a wide range of tasks from preparing contract packs and carrying out searches, to liaising directly with clients, estate agents and third parties to keep transactions on track. Youll also take responsibility for onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily administrative duties such as post sorting and file management.
