Legal Assistant / PA Secretary – Commercial Property | Northampton | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant / PA Secretary to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Property team based in Northampton. This is a key role supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting fee earners within the Commercial Property team
  • Managing priorities and expectations effectively
  • Audio typing via digital dictation (Diktamen)
  • Submitting online property searches
  • Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
  • Completing Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns
  • Handling case management systems
  • Providing administrative support including filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Assisting with quality, compliance, and regulatory matters

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant / PA Secretary within Commercial Property
  • Strong case management experience
