Overview

Kennedys is looking for a Legal Assistant to undertake reviews of construction contracts, consultant's appointments and collateral warranties on behalf of construction professionals, contractors and their insurers. The role is primarily non-contentious and requires drafting and negotiating skills. This role would suit a paralegal or legal secretary looking for their next challenge. We would also consider an SQE, LPC or BVC graduate or a Chartered Legal Executive looking for non-contentious experience.

Team and Practice

Team Kennedys' professional liability team deal with a range of general insurance litigation cases including professional indemnity claims against various professionals including solicitors, barristers, accountants, insurance brokers and construction professionals. The practice covers a broad range of Insurance Litigation working in close collaboration with Kennedys Insurance teams in London and across all the UK offices, representing the same clients.

Requirements
