Job summary

My client is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their team - they sits within the services sector.

Duties

Advise on operations, clinician and commercial contracts (including government).

Support disputes, privacy matters, compliance, regulatory issues, and M&A / JV activity.

Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and operational teams.

What You Bring

5–8 years PQE from a top / mid-tier firm or strong in-house team.

Experience in service industries (ideal).

Strong contract drafting / negotiation skills.

Knowledge of consumer / competition and privacy laws.

Experience in M&A / JVs and complaint handling (preferred).

LLB (or equivalent) and admission to practise in Australia, with support provided to gain NZ admission.

Must have Australian Citizenship or Citizenship for New Zealand.
