Job description

We are currently looking for a Legal Administrator to join our busy team!

Whilst no previous experience is required for this role, we require candidates to have a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude and a be team player.

The Ideal candidate will be able to follow structured processes and procedures, work efficiently and be able to handle numerous transfer files simultaneously; have excellent communication skills to interact email primarily; be organized and able to prioritise your own workload and be engaging and approachable.

Salary: 26,250

Legal Administrator Duties:

  • Dealing with solicitors and resident s general enquiries in relation to the sale or transfer process.
  • Dealing with residents change of ownership details for the Meadfleet managed properties, including the production of the legal contract (Deed of Covenant) and issuing consent to Land Registry.
  • Updating our computer records for new owners.
  • General Admin duties to assist the overall smooth running of the office which includes general answering of emails and assisting with the company s 6 monthly invoice run.
  • Assisting our purchase ledger and customer accounts departments with administrative duties

The successful candidate will be a key placement in our Head Office based team, helping contribute to a busy department primarily dealing with the sale and transfer of properties within the Meadfleet portfolio of managed properties on new housing developments.
