Job description

Tetra Tech RPS has an opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator to join our Legal Team in Abingdon. This role offers flexibility (full‑time or 4 days per week) and the chance to work in a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary consulting environment.

As a Legal Administrator, you’ll provide essential legal support and administrative services to our Consulting UK/I and Services (UK) Operating Units. You’ll play a key role in managing legal processes, supporting contract reviews, and ensuring compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver general legal administration and support the Legal Team
  • Act as the first point of contact for legal requests, providing triage before allocation
  • Manage the contract review lifecycle tool (Panoram)
  • Oversee the Legal Mailbox and ensure timely responses
  • Suggest and implement process improvements
  • Answer queries on legal processes and company governance
  • Handle scanning, archiving, and filing of legal documentation
  • Coordinate with senior executive administrators for contract execution logistics
  • Assist with legal and commercial initiatives
  • Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to interact with senior management and manage upwards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies, including: Panoram, SharePoint, AI legal review tools, TetraTech technology, Various e‑signature platforms
