Job description
Programme Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a Programme Operations Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of our training programmes. You'll oversee a personal caseload of learners, support their wellbeing, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (ESFA, Ofsted, Matrix). This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting learners.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver all operational aspects of training programmes, including inductions and progress reviews
  • Manage learner administration and data, ensuring compliance with ESFA and MTC processes
  • Provide pastoral care, safeguarding, and behavioural management for learners
  • Communicate regularly with employers and stakeholders on learner progress
  • Support health and safety, enrichment activities, and logistics for learner inductions
  • Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding policies across the learner community
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • IT literate (Microsoft 365) and ideally experienced with e-portfolios (Smart Assessor)
