The post-holder will be a passionate, dedicated, and versatile maths teacher who is committed to developing the numeracy skills of learners at GCSE Foundation/Level 2 Functional Skills in a supportive and inclusive 16+ environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and experience of working with a diverse range of students, including those with SEN and SEMH needs, and be flexible in adapting to the various levels and needs of learners. The post-holder will be motivated and enthusiastic, and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for learners by maximising their potential to achieve timely success. You will be part of a dedicated Maths and English team responsible for providing a tailored learning experience that meets individual needs and supports learners to achieve their qualification goals. You will work closely with students who may require additional support, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
