Join our exciting team of Computing Lecturers and help shape the future of digital technology! We are looking for a Lecturer in Computing with a specialism in T Level delivery to join our Computing and Digital Industries department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to pass on your knowledge and industry experience to the next generation of digital professionals.
As a Lecturer in Computing, you will lead our T Level provision while contributing to other Further and Higher Education courses. You will be instrumental in the development and organisation of the curriculum, ensuring an excellent student experience, high retention, and outstanding achievement.
You will also develop, plan, and quality assure our T Level pathways, specifically focusing on the Digital Software Development and Digital Support and Security courses.
We looking for an enthusiastic professional with high standards who is fully committed to student potential. The successful candidate must be a collaborative team player with a flexible, adaptable approach.
If you have not previously worked within the Education sector but have considered a career move, you may be suitable for the Department of Education – Taking Teaching Further initiative, which employs industry specialists directly into Further Education. You will receive an enhanced support package whilst you gain a Teaching Qualification. This opportunity can be discussed at the interview stage.
