Leasing Consultant - Doncaster

Basic Salary: £35,000 + Realistic OTE £60,000

Location: Doncaster (Office-based)

We're an established, fast-growing business in Doncaster looking for a talented Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you love delivering brilliant customer service, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and enjoy helping people find the perfect vehicle — you'll fit right in.

In this role, you'll handle incoming leasing enquiries, build strong relationships, and guide customers through a smooth and professional leasing experience. You'll also work closely with our funding partners and suppliers to keep everything running efficiently and drive strong results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a go-to expert in vehicle leasing and stay up to date with industry trends
  • Manage your sales pipeline and enquiries with confidence and pace
  • Keep our CRM fully updated and accurate
  • Take ownership of your performance and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Drive your own development to continually improve your knowledge and skills
  • Suggest ideas to improve products, processes, and the customer journey
  • Communicate regularly with your Sales Manager about performance and opportunities
  • Share updates across the team — industry news, supplier updates, internal changes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners and internal teams
  • Support new starters through the induction process when required
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating where necessary
  • Stay fully compliant and up to date with all company policies and regulations
