A leading education recruitment agency is seeking passionate SEN Learning Support Assistants for long-term placements in mainstream and specialist SEND schools across the UK. This role supports students with additional needs, offering both whole-class and 1:1 assistance. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification or possess strong experience with children or young people. The opportunity for permanent contracts is available, with a focus on developing consistent and supportive educational environments.
Mainstream Primary, Secondary & SEND Schools. Part-time and full‑time roles available. Long‑term positions with potential to become permanent.
We are currently recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) for a range of rewarding roles across mainstream primary, secondary and specialist SEND schools. These positions include both whole‑class support and 1:1 support for students with additional needs.

A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare/teaching assistant qualification is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong relevant experience working with children or young people.
If you have worked as a tutor, support worker, nursery practitioner, sports coach, youth worker or carer, your experience may also be highly relevant.
