A supportive educational organization based in Basildon is seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant to provide individual and group support to learners. The role involves assisting with educational activities, lesson preparation, and promoting safeguarding practices. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and training in special education needs. This part-time position offers a gross salary of £21,546 per annum and a fixed-term contract until July 2026, along with supportive benefits and training opportunities.

Were looking for a passionate LSA to support learners. Youll provide 1 : 1 and small group interventions support EHCP reviews and help learners gain independence confidence and positive outcomes. At our centre we aim to create an environment where learning is engaging and tailored to meet the needs of every learner.

8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday 1-hour lunch 37.5 hours per week (Term Time only 38 plus 2 weeks). Some flexibility on these hours may be required.
