A leading independent girls' school is seeking a part-time Learning Support Assistant to provide essential support to students in the senior school. This role involves working closely with the Director of Progress & Inclusion to assist students in their learning across various aspects. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and have experience in an educational setting, with knowledge of child protection being essential. Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London’s leading independent day schools, has an exciting opportunity for a caring Learning Support Assistant to work with students in the senior school providing 1 to 1 support.
Working closely with the Director of Progress & Inclusion, you will provide key learning and pastoral support to students in the Senior School, ensuring that students are appropriately supported in their learning, be it academic, practical, behavioural or social.
You will be a personable and empathetic individual with relevant experience in an educational setting. Knowledge of child protection issues is essential, whilst ELSA training would be desirable.
This is a part time role for 21.6 hours per week, working across 5 days with flexibility.
