Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Full-time 5 days per week Secondary Schools across Croydon

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work full-time across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Croydon.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to making a real difference in students' academic, social, and emotional development, while also benefiting from clear opportunities for career progression.

The Role
  • Provide in-class and small-group support to students with a range of learning needs
  • Support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional learning requirements
  • Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral and SEN teams
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Encourage students' confidence, independence, and personal growth
