Learning Support Assistant - Graduate Position

Are you a graduate who is looking to take your skills and knowledge and help young people through their learning?

This Learning Support Assistant - Graduate Position located in a fantastic Secondary School in Bromley is perfect for you. The school is looking to expand its team and take on a dedicated and passionate graduate who can actively support its students in a caring environment. This is a September 2025 start position for the full academic year.

Responsibilities
  • Working with subject teachers and SLT to support students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
  • Leading support sessions for students in both 1:1 and group settings
  • Encouraging an inclusive and positive environment for the students to work within
  • Providing support to the school\'s SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
  • September 2025 Start - Full-time position
  • 110 - 115 per day - Term time only
  • Located within Bromley
