Job description

Milk Education are recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with pupils with SEMH needs in an independent school located in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. This role is to work full-time, on a temp to perm basis starting from December or January onwards! The working hours are 08:45 - 16:15 and you will predominately be working 1:1 with students who show disregulated behaviour. The school are recruiting a large number of new staff due to an expansion following successful OFSTED visits earlier this year. The role requires high level of resilience and we are ideally looking for people who are energetic and have experience of working with children with social emotional and mental health needs. We have referrals available for working with children aged 7 up to 16.
