Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time, Temporary Ongoing)

Location: Greater Manchester College

Rate: £16 - £18 per hour PAYE 36 hours per week

Eden Brown are looking to recruit a learning support assistant on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.

This is a full time temporary role to start immediately for at least 2 months with the possibility of extension.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide tailored support to adult learners in a further education setting. This full-time, position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with learners, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learner needs
• Assist learners with diverse educational, and emotional needs
• Support classroom teaching staff in creating an inclusive learning environment
• Help learners develop study skills, confidence, and independence
• Monitor and record learner progress and provide feedback to the team
