At Sennen Education we are working with a welcoming primary school in Manchester, who are seeking a committed and creative Learning Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary‑aged children and is confident to conduct planned small‑group intervention sessions to support children’s learning.

As a Learning Support Assistant you should :
  • Have good time management and know how to multitask
  • Be flexible and patient
  • Be able to communicate effectively within a team
  • Undertake duties as directed by teaching staff or head of departments.

To join us and be successful in this Learning Support Assistant role, you will need :

  • A minimum of three months experience of supporting young people which you can evidence with references.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to pay for a new one)
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Provide a CV with up to date employment / education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
