What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering consistent 1:1 support for two students with autism

  • Collaborating with top-tier SENCOs, speech therapists, and teachers
  • Capturing progress, celebrating milestones, and shaping young futures
Ideal Learning Support Assistant
  • A high-achieving graduate with a 2:1 or above (psychology ideal, but not essential)
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and genuinely driven to support children with SEN
  • Confident working 1:1 and ready to commit to the full academic year
  • Experience with autism or SEN is a bonus, but passion is essential
  • A future teacher, psychologist, or therapist who wants elite-level training now
