Job summary

An independent co-educational school in England is seeking a qualified teacher to provide learning support for pupils from Year 1 to Year 8. This full-time teaching position requires assisting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in both individual and group settings. Pinewood School seek to appoint a qualified teacher to provide learning support to pupils from Year 1 to Year 8 in both one to one lessons and in group situations. The Learning Skills teacher will also conduct in-classroom observations and assist classroom teachers in supporting pupils with SEN and EAL. Pinewood School is set in 84 acres of rolling countryside on the border between Wiltshire and Oxfordshire and offers a quality, family-based, co-educational day and boarding environment for over 400 children aged 3‑13. This is a full‑time teaching position required to join our SEN team for September 2026. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN.
