• Experience in a similar role or understanding of the Level 3 Children and Young People workforce diploma.
• Passionate about learning and empowering others.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

• Onboard new colleagues with tailored learning plans.
• Mark learner portfolios and provide constructive feedback.
• Offer personalised learning recommendations to learners.
• Organise diary for face-to-face visits and remote meetings.
• Ensure learner files comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Align learning initiatives with company values and strategies.
