Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualifications (A level or Level 3 Vocational qualifications) required.
• At least a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Degree level qualification is an advantage.
• Experience working with young people in Key stage 3, 4, or 5 is beneficial.
• Knowledge of good practice in inclusion and differentiation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support and pastoral guidance to students.
• Work with Inclusion and Pastoral teams to address gaps in achievement.
• Monitor student behavior and progress to evaluate intervention strategies.
• Train and support other staff in successful learning mentoring approaches.
