Job description
Overview

Outwood Academy City is seeking to appoint a permanent Learning Manager. The successful candidate will join a very busy team providing support to learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring, in order to maximise student attainment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to learning through data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment.
  • Contribute to safeguarding, alongside the Academy's safeguarding team; training will be provided.
  • Communicate effectively and work as a proactive member of the team in a busy environment.
Qualifications
  • English and Maths Grade C / Grade 4 or above GCSE or equivalent.
  • Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office; training will be provided on the management information system.
  • Ability to relate to the Academy's students and to work as part of a team.
